You'll receive a confirmation by email, and our team will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order before shipping.

What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order pieces are part of our upcoming release. You reserve your size now and we ship on the date shown on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, and InstaPay or mobile wallet transfer. Card payments are coming soon.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Within 48 hours in Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 5 working days to other governorates.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We currently deliver across Egypt only.

How do I find my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, message us and we'll help you choose.

Exchanges & returns

Can I exchange my size?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn with tags attached. See our Exchange & Returns policy.
