We want you to love every BUBA piece. If something isn't right, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- All tags are still attached and the item is in its original packaging.
- You have your order number.
Items we can't accept
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- Items bought on final sale.
How to request an exchange or return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +20 108 009 9515 with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange or return.
- We'll arrange a courier to collect the item.
- Once we receive and check it, we'll send your new size or colour, or process your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability. Exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method or a transfer (InstaPay or wallet) for cash on delivery orders. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
